At Sam Dhillon Farms, our beets are a vibrant showcase of color and taste, far beyond the common red beet most are familiar with. We cultivate a variety including the traditional Ruby Red, known for its deep, earthy flavor and the ability to stain dishes with its rich magenta hue; the Golden Beet, with its milder, sweeter taste and vibrant, sunny color that brightens any salad; and the visually striking Candy Cane beet, also known as Chioggia, with its concentric rings of pink and white that remain even when cooked. Each variety of our beets is packed with flavor and nutrients, perfect for roasting to enhance their inherent sweetness or slicing raw into salads for a crunchy, nutritious addition.
